In this online gathering we will share thoughts and experiences about organisational transformation in public sector, especially focusing on what it requires from the leaders. We will touch interesting themes such as is self-organising truly possible in public sector and what does it take to make it happen in practise.

Amara’s Associate Annette Hennessy will also share her insights and experiences as CEO of Merseyside Probation Trust UK, leading through significant change, and organisational transformation, with the support of high level executive coaching.
