Kaija has for the past two years ran a company specialized in leadership coaching, named KoiKoi Oy. As a coach and mentor she has trained hundreds of companies and facilitated teams and individuals in transformations and different kinds of change and crisis situations. She is an authorized Global Leadership Profile (GLP) coach and a certified Business Coach (BCI) for individuals, teams and groups.
Her background is in organizational communications and 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur. She has grown her own firm from one-woman startup to a business employing 40 people that is one of the biggest and most international PR Consultancies in Finland, named Cocomms Oy Ltd.
During her career she has worked with global and domestic organizations and customers in the technology, finance, pharmaceutical, consumer and public sectors. Kaija holds a Masters Degree from Social Sciences, Helsinki University majoring in Organizational Communications with Minors being Political History and Social Psychology.
