Jason Harrison

Jason is a systemic coach, organisation consultant and supervisor and is passionately curious about how people and systems can transform into healthier versions of themselves. He works with individuals, teams and organisations across the public, private and third sectors to support a shift in perspective on their life and work so that they can engage in more meaningful action.

Jason had a varied career in science, sales and marketing, management consulting and strategy development before becoming a full-time development professional. He enjoys working with leaders at all levels in an organisation and is particularly interested in how disorienting experiences can help us see and clear away the clutter that inhibits our growth.

Jason has a Masters degree from Ashridge and postgraduate training in complexity theory, individual and group therapy, systemic coaching, emotional intelligence and integral leadership. He studied quantum mechanics at university and finds this a useful metaphor for the post-conventional lens that many individuals experience the world through.

He has 3 boys who provide him with multiple opportunities to practice being compassionate and to integrate the parts of his own life that he’s somehow pushed away. They also offer him ways to develop his in-the-moment awareness along with multiple reminders of how easy it is to collapse back into the earlier stages of development!

Jason has a colourful obsession with socks and is a contributor to the Amara Collaboration book ’Street Smart Awareness’.
