Heidi , M.Sc. (Econ) and PhD student, is an experienced leader with a track record in transforming teams and organizations, both as executive director and as external facilitator, consultant and developmental coach. Her background is in IT and marketing, with a strong strategic and systemic emphasis. Heidi collaborate with people from the senior team and in development positions and walks alongside leaders, teams and organisations through their transformation – also organisations going for self-organised structures. She is a regular keynote speaker at international Business Forums, is chairing an non-executive board of a construction company, is doing her doctorate in organisational change at Ashridge Hult University and is a co-author of the book Street Smart Awareness and Inquiry-in-Action.
