My favourite Street Smart Practice right now is reflective journaling. I’m playing around with loose and tighter structures, seeing what helps me to see more clearly what’s going on but more importantly where I am stuck and where I am free and playful.
A opportunity I see now is to genuinely pause, and reset my sights. We are in a clearly defined lockdown in NZ (level 4) – am I noticing my own natural rhythms? What am I longing for, or wish to let go of? What am I loving and wish to especially cherish?
