Sivi is a digi-nomad-millenial working remotely from the Tyrolean Alps in the winter, and in the summer from Finland. Her approach to life is fluid, like water. Sivi has a passion for water in all its forms, whether as snow under skis or as oceans to sail upon. She believes that water has much to teach us, because it shapes itself to flow wherever.
Sivi’s flexibility and fluidity extends to her work life. She works across a broad range of areas such as marketing and communications, events, in the film, and in financial management. She has ‘hands on’ experience in operations, project management and client services, and is regularly commissioned to step into senior, or director roles.
Currently her work is focused on how processes and practices can be made to work well for different disciplines, across many different levels in organisations. Her desire is to make work, and life more harmonious and sustainable in this increasingly complex and busy world.
