Parsooa is an entrepreneur with valuable experience working with multinational organizations and also founding three startups. His background (in various roles such as IT, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales) helps him to understand different organizational levels and jobs that contributes to his perspective and value as a coach.
He has been a volunteer for a well-known NGO for more than 23 years and he was an inspirational speaker in more than 100 charity events and auctions. As a ’people leader’, he takes care to understand people and then is effective in providing and fostering an environment that allows individuals to flourish – appreciating and encouraging other’s strengths.
He strongly believes that each of us can lead effectively if we take the time to get to know and understand people in all their complexity.
Parsooa has been organizing workshops and events since 2003 and working with teams building their collaboration and teamwork has been his primary goal.
