Amara Events

We offer a set of yearly open Amara events and events in collaboration with other organisations and partners, upon request. We design each event and choose the facilitators with care, to match the developmental needs and interest of the group at hand. All our events are done in the spirit of inquiry, in a experiential learning environment and participants express their experience as powerful and transformational.

Amara is one of three organisations credited to offer a GLP certification workshop. We arrange one each year in the Nordic region and are open to invitations to offer it in partnership in other corners of the world as well.

Transformational Leadership Through Action Inquiry, Action-Logics and the GLP

A highly experiential 3-day workshop where you will learn to practice Action Inquiry, the only approach statistically reliable generating both personal and organisational transformation. It will deepen your knowledge about vertical development, the leadership action logics and how to support vertical development in yourself and in others. The impact will be felt in your own leadership development and the possibilities for greater impact on others with whom you engage.

Power of Three – Towards Self-Organising

​This online programme is a catalyst for transformation within organisations. The process helps you develop your own and your team’s capacity to self-organise, to be alert, aware and adaptive in facing the challenges of today and those of the future.
