Eros/Power: A Primal Fuel for Reinventing Organizations.
Cultivating Relational Action Inquiry
London, November 4th-5th, 2016

Amara Collaboration and Enlivening Edge co-invite you to an Eros Power Journey with Heidi Gutekunst, Dana Carman and Hilary Bradbury. Over two days of practice and exploration we’ll journey into the healthy and shadow sides of creative collaboration. With a view to enhancing individuals, team and organizational creativity, we bring special attention to how whole-hearted interpersonal relations can re-energize our work, weaving our life and work in service to the whole. On Friday we explore what we mean by Eros & power with reference to historical, cultural and sociological dynamics. Then we look keenly at how love and power are navigated and expressed at different levels of adult maturity. The workshop will be playful, provocative and interactive.

On Saturday we explore what is going on in me and my behavior and how this material impacts the team/organization/culture. The focus is on self-awareness and self-discovery to uncover creativity and shadow in community. Saturday afternoon we connect with a new vision of next stage organizing (“Teal”), where we transform DIFFICULTIES, work with practical cases and apply ourselves in ways that begin to liberate the creative energy of Eros for next stage organizations.

Expect structured experiential exercises, small group and plenary dialogues. We bring rigor to facilitating a “safe container” for authentic interactivity to arise. Bill Torbert will attend online on Friday afternoon and Hilary Bradbury will facilitate in person with Dana Carman and Heidi Gutekunst, who are present throughout the workshop. For more detailed information and references, visit: http://www.erospowerjourney.com/workshops.html

Business/Private person

“The EROS POWER workshop started a deep journey within. The feminine and masculine EROS power dynamics fascinate me, and the workshop brought to the surface that this area holds so many answers for me – professional and private. It created a deep longing in me for stepping into a world with more depth, more passion, more healing. – Hanne Lindblad, CEO, Denmark.”
